As a Distribution Account Lead, you will play a critical role in managing and nurturing relationships with our distributor partners. Your goal will be to drive sales performance, ensure product availability, and implement business strategies that enhance overall distributor effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship management skills and a deep understanding of the distribution and partner landscape. They will be able to lead, develop, evolve, and execute the Distribution program for key distribution partnerships, build and execute joint business plans in collaboration with SE, develop and implement sales strategies tailored to specific distributor needs and market conditions, and monitor and analyze distributor performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

What qualifications make you successful for this role?

  • 5-8 years of experience in account management, sales, or distribution management.
  • Proven success in managing distributor relationships and meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
