Quality Assurance and Compliance Expert

The primary objective of this role is to ensure that the quality of products and services meets or exceeds customer expectations. The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a quality management system that ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
This position requires a strong understanding of quality assurance principles, processes, and procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing quality policies, procedures, and standards.
- Develop and maintain quality management systems
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality-related matters
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., quality assurance, engineering, business)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, processes, and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
