Job Summary

Marken is seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Manager to provide exceptional service to our clients. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers, influencing business targets, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure exceptional service delivery and business growth.
  • Work closely with internal teams to identify and implement solutions for new business requirements.
  • Manage and resolve client complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with client requirements and company policies.
  • Provide regular performance reporting and analysis to support business growth and improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and best practices.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a customer service supervisory/management role.
  • Experience in the courier or freight industry.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to influence others and drive business growth.
  • Flexibility in working hours and willingness to work weekends.
