Export Operations Specialist

This is a challenging role that involves overseeing the export of goods via ocean freight. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing logistics and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage the export process from start to finish, including booking cargo space and preparing shipping documentation.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with carriers, co-loaders, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and cost-effective transportation solutions.

  • Analyze market trends and make informed decisions to optimize export operations and drive business growth.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.

  • Stay up-to-date with changes in international trade regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • GCE O Level or Diploma/Degree in Logistics Management or relevant discipline.

  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant work experience in Logistics/Freight Forwarding company.
