Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Transformation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for leading transformation projects aimed at streamlining business processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering innovation within our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Manage and lead transformation projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
- Process Optimization: Apply business process engineering methodologies to analyze, redesign, and optimize key processes across various departments, including customer onboarding, payment processing, risk management, and reporting.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to identify process gaps, initiate projects, and collaborate with product development and engineering teams for successful implementation.
- Change Management: Implement change management strategies to support the adoption of new processes, technologies, and digital solutions within our clients.
- Technology Integration: Partner with IT teams to leverage technology solutions and automation tools, supporting process improvement initiatives and digital transformation efforts.
- Resource Management: Assist various departments with resource capacity planning to ensure optimal utilization of human resources and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Digitization & Automation: Identify opportunities for digitization and automation to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and achieve cost savings.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on project performance metrics, including KPIs, ROI, and other key success indicators, to evaluate the effectiveness of transformation initiatives.
- Industry Trends: Collaborate with product and solution teams, staying current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in banking, finance, and digital transformation to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, Lean, BPM) are preferred.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in project management, business process engineering, and digital transformation within the banking or financial services industry.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of business process engineering methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean, BPMN, or similar frameworks. Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex transformation projects from initiation to implementation.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities, analyze data, and drive data-driven decision-making.
