Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements and transformations
  • Develop and implement process assessments, analysis, and recommendations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and process owners
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in banking technology finance, with a proven track record in leading change and process improvement
  • Industry exposure or tertiary qualification in project management, Agile delivery, and journey design thinking
  • Strong understanding of IFRS and accounting, finance, and technology processes across functions/departments in the bank
  • Deeply data-driven with the ability to work with large data
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
