We are seeking a highly skilled Event and Partnership Development Specialist to drive event success and forge strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in event planning, partnership management, or community building. They will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a creative mindset.

Able to thrive in a fast-paced setting, the successful candidate will be responsible for curating events from themed nights and festivals to weekend markets and live performances. This includes sourcing and managing partnerships with performers, vendors, sponsors, and collaborators.

Key responsibilities also include developing and implementing engagement strategies, tracking performance, and working closely with marketing teams to promote events and increase foot traffic.

Able to effectively manage multiple projects and timelines, our ideal candidate will be a strong conceptualizer and proposal writer. Strong networking skills in the F&B, music, lifestyle, or event sectors would be an added advantage.

Event Planning Responsibilities:

  • Curating events from conception to execution
  • Sourcing and managing partnerships with performers, vendors, sponsors, and collaborators
  • Developing and implementing engagement strategies
  • Tracking performance and analyzing event outcomes

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in event planning, partnership management, or community building
  • Excellent organizational skills and communication abilities
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong networking skills in the F&B, music, lifestyle, or event sectors
  • Experience in conceptualizing and writing proposals
  • Ability to analyze data and track performance
