**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Job Role Description**

The Community Partnerships Executive (Events and Volunteer Management) will report to the Senior Executive or Manager, Community Partnerships, and will be primarily responsible for conceptualisation, preparation and executive of Canossaville’s volunteer programmes.

He/she will also be responsible for soliciting and managing all donations-in-kind to meet the needs of Canossaville’s programmes and beneficiaries.

**Critical Work Functions and Key Tasks**

Fundraising (Donations-in-Kind and donor management)
- Contribute ideas and insights to the CP team towards advancing Canossaville’s mission and garnering support from stakeholders
- Main liaison for Canossaville sectors for in-kind sponsorships and donations; working closely with Fundraising Executive to identify and reach out to sponsors / donors for the items
- Work closely with finance and the Fundraising Executive to ensure all monetary and in-kind donor information have been updated into the donor management system

Outreach and Events
- Lead in planning and execution of events related to outreach efforts for children and families in The Village (e.g. Christmas event), Canossian family (beyond The Village) and families in the MacPherson area
- Lead liaison to Sector Leaders in The Village, working with them to understand needs and planning for the support distributions (e.g. Project ROTI events)
- Lead in stakeholder/vendor management as well as logístical and administrative management in the pre, during, and post event stages
- Work closely with Communications Executive for dissemination of stories and impact from events

Volunteer Management
- Design and implement a volunteer management system including recruitment, training, deployment, rewards, recognition, and retention
- Report regularly (quarterly) on the number of volunteers and volunteering hours logged
- Liaise with external stakeholders to develop partnerships for corporate social responsibility (CSR) and volunteering
- Work with the Communications Executive to develop content and push out communications internally and externally for volunteer programmes
- Enhance and expand current volunteer opportunities, assess new areas of development to meet organisation goals and address beneficiaries needs for new volunteer programmes
- Work closely with communications, programme leaders to share impact stories of persons served through volunteers
- Ensure volunteer database is up-to-date
- Conceptualise and execute annual Volunteer Appreciation Ceremony
- Ensure that volunteer information is managed in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act
- Maintain and update the SOPs for volunteer management
- Manage budget and resources for volunteer management

Culture
- Work closely with members of CP Team, Sr Leaders and Sector Heads to advance the culture of philanthropy in Canossaville

General
- Performs any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time

**Education, Skills, and Competencies**

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business/ Communications
- Experience in a social service agency would be preferable

Technical Skills and Competencies
- Good project management, planning, and organisation skills

Generic Skills and Competencies
- Is adaptable, flexible, and possess the ability to work well, coordinate and communicate across different functions and environment
- Excellent written, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy, with ability to meet tight deadlines when required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $3,700.00 per month
