Service Team Leader Job Description

We are seeking a Service Team Leader to join our team.

  • The Service Team Leader will be responsible for assisting the Outlet Manager and Assistant Outlet Manager in all operational activities of the restaurant.
  • They will ensure that the restaurant meets high service standards established by the hotel.
  • Responsibilities include following SOPs, policies, and procedures of the restaurant/hotel, delegating duties to subordinates according to hotel standards, performing opening and closing of cashier, monitoring and controlling operational stocks, and ensuring storage rooms are clean and well organized.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education in Tourism/Hospitality Management or Food & Beverage Management is required.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity is necessary.
  • Good interpersonal and customer services skills are essential.
  • Ability to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays is required.
