About this role:
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead business development in the APAC region.
As a trusted advisor, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expansion. Your expertise in client relationship management will enable you to build strong partnerships with stakeholders across various levels of organizations.
You will be responsible for developing tailored consulting solutions that address complex challenges such as digital transformation, customer acquisition, risk management, and operational efficiency.
Your experience in project delivery and leadership will enable you to mentor consultants and senior consultants, enhancing their industry-specific knowledge and practical experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Degree holder with a minimum of 8 years' experience within the banking industry at a management consulting firm or management function within a financial firm.
- Evidence of sales efforts and project acquisition through leading activities or supporting senior management.
- Strong network within the financial services industry.
- Deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, regulatory requirements, and emerging opportunities.
- Experience in developing tailored consulting solutions.
