We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Admission Programme Intern. The successful candidate will assist in reviewing and organizing incoming applications, verify applicant information, and record and update application data.
Responsibilities- Assist in reviewing and organizing incoming applications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Verify applicant information and ensure all necessary documents are complete.
- Record and update application data in the admission database, maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Respond to inquiries and provide updates on application status, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
- Schedule and coordinate interview sessions with successful applicants, showcasing organizational abilities.
- Assist and support events such as career fairs and open houses, contributing to a positive experience for attendees.
- Coordinate logistics including event setup, registration, and follow-up communication, ensuring seamless execution.
- Check in on available event materials, guaranteeing everything is in order.
- Organize and file selection documents, maintaining a secure and efficient system.
- Provide general administrative support, including tasks related to office management and organization.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities, with capacity to interact with diverse groups.
- Proficiency in MS Office or other office software, with expertise in data entry and management.
- Customer service orientation, with focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
