Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Customer Logistics: You will be the primary point of contact for coordinating customer logistical needs, including scheduling and planning daily activities.
- Operational Interface: You will interface with various departments to ensure smooth operations and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Inventory Management: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and performing regular cycle counts and stock-takes.
- Reporting and Compliance: You will assist in generating reports, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with ISO, GMP/GDP guidelines and client regional quality systems.
- Communication: You will maintain open communication channels with clients, warehouse staff, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
- Troubleshooting: You will investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, providing prompt responses and follow-up on outstanding queries.
- Process Improvement: You will identify opportunities to enhance current operations and propose improvements to optimize order processing turn-around time.
