Senior Process Development Engineer

Our company is seeking a skilled Senior Process Development Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the process engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing processes to improve product quality and reliability.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of chemical kinetics, thermodynamics, and physical phenomena as applied to CVD/PVD deposition methods. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate and troubleshoot processes, drive yield and quality improvement, and identify disruptive processes early on.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and optimizing unit processes to meet yield and quality requirements
- Quantifying benefits of innovative process and/or equipment solutions
- Prioritizing technology issues within manufacturing teams
- Integrating and troubleshooting processes as part of cross-functional teams
- Participating in technology choices for upcoming nodes
- Identifying process simplification opportunities and driving implementation
- Designing and implementing advanced process monitoring and control methodologies
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or higher in Materials Science, Chemical/Microelectronic Engineering, or Physics with minimum 3 years hands-on experience
- A deep understanding of chemical kinetics, thermodynamics, and physical phenomena as applied to CVD/PVD deposition methods
- An ability to understand and troubleshoot precursor depletion effects within three dimensional structures
- Basic understanding of films and interface engineering and analysis techniques
- Working knowledge of data analysis systems and Design of Experiments (DoE)
Benefits:
