Senior Process Development Engineer

In today's data-driven world, the heart of information technology lies in the semiconductor industry. As a senior process development engineer, you have the opportunity to enhance your expertise in the semiconductor industry and improve conditions for advanced technologies through design and development experiments to provide a more stable process at lower cost and higher yield.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain daily monitoring and ownership to address in-line SPC/defect/equipment abnormalities in a timely manner.
  • Manage projects focused on productivity improvement, particularly for new processes, utilizing process characteristic analytical tools to enhance process conditions and technology.
  • Determine process parameters for various semiconductor equipment to ensure line stability.
  • Evaluate and develop new equipment/materials/processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in semiconductor foundry module process development.
  • Desirable experience with 22/28 nanometer and below advanced technology nodes.
  • Strong understanding of process development, optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Proven leadership skills in leading cross-functional teams and managing projects related to process improvement or technology transfer.
  • Ability to analyze complex process issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • PREFERRED: Experience with SPC, 8D reporting, DOE, FMEA, and PMO.
  • Able to commit shift work.
