Job Title: IT Infrastructure Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Infrastructure Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users in relation to PC hardware & software, MS Windows & Offices, RF/PDA, Printers, Network, APs, Wireless LAN, CCTV, Google Suite, Email, Mobile devices, WMS & other in-house applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support IT projects and assist in the implementation and rollout of new IT-related projects across the organization.
  • Assist in coordinating with incumbent vendors for mobile, computers, tablets and IT related equipment repair and related services to ensure continuity and compatibility.
  • Provide technical support to end-users such as PC hardware & software, MS Windows & Offices, RF/PDA, Printers, Network, APs, Wireless LAN, CCTV, Google Suite, Email, Mobile devices, WMS & other in-house applications.
  • Update the helpdesk on daily incidents, unlock accounts, update tickets on task completed activity.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with our IT policies.
  • Manage remote computers software for IT Support.
  • Primary support for end-user support including user onboarding and offboarding.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year Level 1 IT Support with End User experience.
  • Minimum ITE/ Diploma in Computer related.
  • Team player with initiative to resolve issues.
  • Open to 24/7 working environment / shift work.
