IT Infrastructure Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to provide temporary support for our infrastructure operations during a major project launch and day-to-day activities.

  • Ensure smooth infrastructure operations by troubleshooting and maintaining essential systems: internet connectivity, WiFi networks, and shared printer setups.
  • Provide responsive IT support to internal teams during project rollout, minimizing downtime and ensuring continuity of services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolving technical issues related to internet connectivity, WiFi networks, and shared printer setups.
  • Supporting the company network infrastructure, including setup and maintenance of necessary systems.
  • Providing end-user support, including hands-on assistance with technical issues.
  • Liaising with external vendors when necessary to resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements:

  • Experience in IT infrastructure support, specifically with connectivity and printer setups.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently resolve issues.
  • Previous experience with level 1 & level 2 support to end users.
  • Prior exposure to the Real Estate industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
