Senior Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the stability and maintenance of our department-related application systems, optimizing network operations to improve efficiency and quality, and overseeing the technical operations of our big data platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and optimize existing infrastructure to meet business needs
- Design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions to support growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation of systems
- Provide expert-level support for technical operations, including architecture optimization and cost efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field, with 3+ years of relevant experience
- 2+ years of experience managing Kubernetes, Redis, MySQL, Nginx, Kafka, or similar technologies
- Strong expertise in Linux system administration, capacity planning, and performance optimization
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Shell, Perl, Python, Go)
- Experience with distributed computing, large-scale data storage, and cloud-based infrastructure is a plus
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and self-motivated mindset
- Strong adaptability, responsibility, and ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
