Infrastructure Finance Specialist

This position involves leading infrastructure finance transactions, presenting new business opportunities to senior management, and developing the Natixis' South-East Asia Infrastructure & Energy Finance franchise.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Originate and execute infrastructure & energy finance transactions, positioning the bank on underwriting and lead arranging roles.
  • Lead deal teams in executing arranging or advisory mandates, analyzing new transactions, and supervising the credit approval process.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships in the SEA region, contributing to strategic developments, with a focus on financial sponsors.
  • Main focus on business development and origination in Singapore, Indonesia, India, Malaysia, and Thailand as primary markets, and general support in the wider APAC region as necessary.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in infrastructure finance/project finance.
  • Proven track record with infra funds/financial sponsors, coverage, industry group, digital infrastructure, and/or renewable energy.
  • Understanding of senior and junior debt arranging.
  • Capacity to manage a team and lead discussions with clients.
  • At least 5 years of working in the SEA region.

This role requires a strong understanding of infrastructure finance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving business growth and developing client relationships.
