Job Title: IT Infrastructure Support Specialist
Job Summary:
The IT Infrastructure Support Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization's IT systems. This position is responsible for providing timely and effective support to internal teams and clients, resolving technical issues, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

• Submit service request tickets in ITSM as requested by support teams or clients, track and ensure they are completed within pre-defined turnaround times.

• Assist in tracking clean laptop counts and scheduling appointments for various activities.

• Maintain accurate records of asset inventory in the storeroom.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required and assigned in relation to administration support.
Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of ITSM tools is an added advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

• Basic technical skills in End User Computing Devices (EUCD) are a plus.

• At least one year of experience in a similar job capacity.
