Job Title: IT Infrastructure Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Cloud Services, physical servers, and workstations to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability.
  • Monitor network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) to guarantee seamless connectivity and promptly address any issues that may arise.
  • Manage Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration, and maintenance, as well as implement security patches, updates, and backups.
  • Provide technical support via remote desktop sessions, email, phone, and face-to-face interactions at users' workstations.
  • Administer Active Directory, including user accounts, permissions, and group policies.
  • Collaborate with vendors for hardware and software maintenance and upgrades, as well as troubleshooting.
  • Set up and manage user profiles, access controls, and authentication.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 tenant services, including Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in cloud services, server administration, and network management.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments and Microsoft 365 tenant services.
  • Experience with Active Directory, user account management, and group policy administration.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
