Data Centre Operations Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's data centre operations. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies, identify joint sourcing opportunities, and drive sourcing activities for assigned categories.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop category strategy to drive cost optimization and manage supply risk.
- Perform supply market, spend, and supplier base analyses.
- Work closely with stakeholders in developing sourcing strategies.
- Identify joint sourcing opportunities with other business units.
- Drive and lead sourcing activities for assigned categories.
- Work closely with legal on contracting.
- Manage and influence stakeholders.
- Monitor, manage, and drive suppliers' performances.
- Lead regular business reviews or engagements with key suppliers.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or relevant field.
- Relevant experience in procurement and category management.
- Experience in data centres or mechanical and electrical (M&E) equipment and services.
- Technical knowledge in M&E field.
- Experience in negotiations and contracting.
- Able to work independently.
- Strong communication skills.
