About the Role
Schindler Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual targets and growth, providing accurate and competitive cost estimations to customers.
- Conduct customer visits to gather feedback, analyze needs, and identify opportunities for product enhancements.
- Analyze customer requirements and prepare quotations, negotiating product fit and price with customers.
- Prepare and submit tenders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of high-quality products.
- Monitor market trends, client needs, and competitive situations, staying up-to-date on products, prices, personnel, and relationships.
- Ensure that delivered equipment meets contract requirements and Schindler's quality and safety standards.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- 3-4 years of sales experience in a technical discipline and/or business, including customer account management.
- Excellent customer orientation, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated to achieve targets and able to work independently and as part of a team.
