Job Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the effective and efficient operation of facilities.

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising all facilities maintenance related work services to achieve optimal performance.

Your collaboration with the facilities manager will be crucial in managing mechanical works and services for effective and efficient facilities performance.

You will also coordinate and supervise the M&E installation and maintenance work as needed.

To succeed in this role, you must work closely with clients, sub-contractors, and the facilities team to resolve technical issues.

Attending M&E related meetings and preparing related reports are essential duties.

Key responsibilities include assisting in planning, controlling, and coordinating mechanical, electrical works, scheduling, monitoring, and supervising the progress of works.

You will also prepare and follow up on client inquiries and quotations, and adhere to company internal work processes and documentation.

A successful candidate will possess strong skills in Preventive Maintenance, Troubleshooting, HVAC Facilities, Fire Protection, Drawing, HVAC, Building Services, AutoCAD, Pumps, CAD, Commissioning, Mechanical Engineering, and Facilities Management.

The ideal candidate should hold a minimum Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Building / Real Estate/ Facilities Management or any related qualifications.
