Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced facilities management professional to provide expert services to our clients' sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality facilities management services, ensuring that performance standards are met as per contractual conditions.

The key responsibilities of this role include scheduling preventative maintenance, coordinating with contractors and vendors, conducting weekly cleanliness inspections, investigating and analyzing reported incidents, preparing and consolidating monthly reports, and providing logistical support for events and meetings.

  • Scheduling preventative maintenance and monitoring of facility operations
  • Coordinating with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Conducting weekly cleanliness inspections and meeting with cleaning teams to achieve high standards
  • Investigating and analyzing reported incidents to prevent future occurrences
  • Preparing and consolidating monthly reports on facility operations and performance
  • Providing logistical support for events and meetings, including quotations and invoice preparation
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum Diploma qualification in Building, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Facilities Management, with at least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience in integrated facilities management and maintenance engineering (M&E) is preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in tender and presentation preparation
  • A Class 3 driving license is an advantage
