Job DescriptionAs a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing daily tasks, ensuring smooth stall/mini-restaurant operations, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities- Complete assigned tasks and assist with day-to-day operations of food/drinks stalls.
- Assist managers to ensure smooth operations and financial aspect of the stall/mini-restaurant.
- Gain knowledge of food/drinks stalls operation by exposure to respective positions within the stall.
- Supervise store operations, cash control, and shift management.
- Co-lead teams to create mini restaurant/stall experience for customers.
- Responsible for compliance with all related standards and guidelines.
- Prepare documents, update records.
This is a training program that will provide you with opportunities to rotate through different job functions and roles within the company.
Required Skills and QualificationsWe are looking for candidates who are self-motivated, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have good time management skills. The ideal candidate will be flexible, able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
