Restaurant Operations Manager

As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team in the food and beverage industry. Your role will involve motivating restaurant supervisors to achieve sales targets and maintaining high food quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Motivate restaurant supervisors to achieve sales targets and maintain high food quality standards.
  • Develop monthly sales strategies and monitor performance across all outlets, ensuring strategic growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotions that drive sales.

Operations Management:

  • Lead the Operations team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and effective manpower planning.
  • Regularly review and evaluate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve productivity.
  • Communicate with functional departments to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Staff Management and Development:

  • Responsible for staff management, recruitment, and retention, as well as training and development programs.
  • Manage inventory and stock levels at all outlets, executing action plans promptly.
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards, reviewing staff performance and providing advice for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Possess a diploma in any field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant management experience in F and B operations.
  • Strong knowledge of the Food and Beverage industry and Restaurant Operations.
