Aftersales Support Executive

Join Hastings Deering as an Aftersales Support Executive and play a key role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction in the Aftersales division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse market data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in Aftersales performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer retention, parts sales, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Principal and Aftersales Development team to source and develop new business opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with business partners, suppliers, and contractors to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Develop and implement creative strategies to improve sales of existing products and services.
  • Engage in projects to identify new revenue streams and business opportunities in Aftersales.
  • Develop and implement programs to achieve business objectives, including parts purchase targets, customer retention, and Group Financial targets.
  • Manage customer feedback channels to ensure customer concerns are addressed.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, CRM, Parts, Service, and other support teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of working experience in a related field.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret data, and summarize it into a concise report.
  • Knowledge of the automotive market is preferred.
