Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures.
  • Provide duty teams with technical expertise and advice.
  • Conduct training on system processes and capabilities.
  • Assist duty teams with digitised systems functionality.

Requirements:
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)
* Good communication skills
* Strong resourcefulness
* Solid rational thinking abilities
* Strong mental fortitude
* Willingness to learn
* Military experience as Training Institute Trainer is advantageous. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
