  1. Developing and Implementing Compliance Initiatives: Collaborate with the team to develop and execute an annual compliance plan for regulatory-related activities, aligning with industry standards and organizational objectives.
  2. Regulatory Compliance Advisory Services: Provide expert advice to management and business units on compliance matters, including regulatory guidelines and policy adoption.
  3. Risk-Based Reviews and Compliance Monitoring: Conduct risk-based reviews of business processes to identify gaps, escalate issues promptly, and work with business units to implement remedial actions.
  4. Regulatory Liaison and Reporting: Serve as the primary contact point for regulators and external stakeholders related to compliance and regulatory issues, ensuring timely reporting and submission of required documents.
  5. Policy Development and Training: Develop, review, and disseminate regulatory compliance-related policies and procedures, as well as provide comprehensive training to promote compliance awareness.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification in compliance-related fields. At least 6 years of experience in audit and compliance for financial institutions, preferably in the insurance sector, is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment are also necessary.
