Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve Food & Beverages: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to clients and staff.
  • Inventory Management: Order and replenish pantry supplies in a timely and efficient manner to meet the needs of the office.
  • Facility Maintenance: Perform general cleaning works to maintain the cleanliness of the pantry and its equipment, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for staff and clients.
  • Task Support: Undertake and assist other duties assigned by the Manager, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Additional Tasks: Assist with any other matters or projects assigned by the Management, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum Primary or Secondary education, with a strong foundation in communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of work experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong track record of reliability and teamwork.
  • Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive working attitude and a strong team player mentality.
