  • Good understanding of all areas across governance and cybersecurity standards, concepts and approaches, and their inter-linkages, to guide formulation of policies, plans and initiatives in these areas.
  • Good knowledge of ICT sector, ICT domains and emerging trends in technology to direct innovation and experimentation, continuous improvements in the team.
  • Good understanding of public sector ecosystem to understand the agency/ user concerns, perspectives, processes in order to provide recommendations that would help them in achieving their business outcomes and enhance compliance to governance/ cybersecurity standards.
  • Proficient in financial and business acumen to ensure financial sustainability of the Group.
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate well, build deep ties and maintain wide social network in the public service and beyond to drive adoption of policies and initiatives.
  • Ensure team proactively collaborates with other agencies to achieve WOG goals in policy creation/ review and execution.
  • Ability to inspire big teams towards the group and organisation's vision and purpose, thereby creating engaged and high-performing teams.
