Job Summary:

Air Freight Coordinator is responsible for overseeing air freight operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day transactions, and maximizing cargo space. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international import and export space management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate air freight operations, ensuring timely and efficient cargo handling.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Monitor and analyze cargo space utilization, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to maximize space.
  • Collaborate with sales and commercial teams to ensure timely receipt of cargo and meet customer requirements.
  • Provide support to the back-end sales and cargo commercial activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing of cargo documents.
  • Work closely with the Group's key account, tender, and local sales teams to develop new business opportunities and promote products in the region.
  • Communicate effectively with overseas counterparts to promote products, develop business, and resolve customer-related issues.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in the air freight industry, with a strong understanding of international import and export space management.
  • Familiarity with the distribution of international transport resources and freight rates.
  • Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management skills.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for collaboration with Mandarin-speaking overseas clients and counterparts.
  • 5.5 days work week, with Saturday work-from-home arrangement.
