Freight Sales and Development Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Freight Sales and Development Professional to drive business growth, foster strong relationships, and create customized shipping solutions for clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales activities to increase freight volumes and market share.
  • Foster and maintain strong partnerships with customers, carriers, and agents.
  • Develop and deliver proposals that meet client shipping requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of experience in sales and development within the freight forwarding/logistics industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of global trade lanes, carriers, and pricing structures.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and proven track record of business development.
