Job Title: Network Delivery Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Network Delivery Manager to lead our data center network projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and quality delivery of our products, developing deployment and resource plans, coordinating with R&D, testing, supply chain and other teams to drive implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fully responsible for the end-to-end delivery of data center network products, ensuring on-time and quality completion.
  • Develop deployment and resource plans, coordinate with R&D, testing, supply chain and other teams to drive implementation.
  • Identify and resolve technical and process issues during the delivery process to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Promote standardization and optimization of company delivery processes, tools, and templates.
  • Guide and mentor delivery team members to improve overall technical and managerial capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer, Communications, Information Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years related experience in data center network project delivery, with at least 2 years in project management.
  • Familiar with Spine-Leaf, VXLAN, EVPN, and other data center network architectures and deployment processes is an advantage.
