Senior Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead our data center construction projects in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of our data centers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure project milestones are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Review and approve data center infrastructure construction methodologies from DC providers.
  • Develop and enforce best practices frameworks for optimizing resource allocation in respective regions.
  • Maintain open communication channels with internal stakeholders for project updates.
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in construction management, preferably with knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Able to lead and plan construction activities according to industry best practices.
  • Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office and ability to work independently.
