Data Center Construction Manager

This role requires a highly skilled professional to lead the design and construction of data centers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating projects, setting deadlines, and monitoring progress.
- Planning and coordinating project scheduling, budgeting, and administrative tasks.
- Facilitating projects by conducting meetings, recording meeting minutes, and performing follow-up.
- Overseeing and approving purchase requisitions and purchase order tracking process to ensure orders are processed according to standards.
- Maintaining budget accountability for capital expenditure construction projects.
- Analyzing data to evaluate operational difficulties and approve/authorize actions needed to solve problems.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Business Information Systems, Construction Management, or a related field.
- BICSI RCDD certification preferred.
- AutoCad design skills strongly preferred.
- Network Design experience delivering Network Systems, Building Management Systems (BMS), Data Center Operating Systems (DCOS), Security, and Customer-facing platforms required.
- PMP Certification preferred (Project Management Professional).
