**Overview
- PM Group is currently partnering with one of the leading multinational data center companies in their expansion in Singapore. We are seeking an individual with Building Management Systems technical experience for the position of BMS Manager.

**Responsibilities
- Client interface management and BMS integrator management
- Review and understand the project documents, BMS submission and Validation of the technical specification.
- Develop and oversee all aspects of installation including electrical installation, control system, selection of components, equipment, installation method, testing, and implementation of HVAC systems.
- Work closely with Design and Construction managers, Quality Assurance, Construction personnel, Contractors and Sub Contractors.
- Able to effectively deal with issues arising throughout the daily cycle and develop solutions to ensure successful resolution

**Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science/Engineering in Automation, Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related fields preferred.
- Min 10 years of relevant Project Management and BMS commissioning experience in a commercial, Data center or industrial setting.
- Experience with data center equipment/environments preferred.
- Hands-on experience in Data center operation, Design and projects.
- Good interpersonal skills including good verbal and written communication in English.
- Knowledge in PMP and certification In Data center Design professional is an added advantage.
