Data Center Project Lead

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Regional Project Management team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management or construction management with experience in green and/or brown field data center projects.

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing new Data Center project execution, overseeing all phases of the project lifecycle, and developing project master programs. You will also source suitable specialists and subject matter experts, translate business requirements into executable project deliverables, and prepare project budgets.

Additionally, you will lead project tender and administration processes, timely and accurately report project progress and expenditure to management, and ensure compliance with EHS requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in project management or construction management
  • Proven track records in green and/or brown field data center projects
  • Good leadership skills with great problem-solving abilities
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project)
