Senior Project Manager position available for an ambitious and driven professional seeking a challenging opportunity in project management. This role offers the chance to lead and manage new data center project executions from green and brown field projects, ensuring timely completion within scope, budget, and time constraints.

  • Primary Responsibilities:
  • • Manage project master programs, charters, and processes
  • • Source and recruit suitable specialists and subject matter experts for project delivery teams
  • • Translate business requirements and plans into executable project deliverables
  • • Prepare and manage project budgets, cash flow, and spending
  • • Lead project tender and administration processes
  • • Provide timely and accurate reporting of project progress and expenditure to senior management

Key Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Familiarity with data center risk redundancy configurations and requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read design and construction drawings for various fields
  • Experience in managing construction projects, preferably in the data center industry
