**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage Data Center infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and business needs.
- Oversee all project activities, including resource allocation, procurement, and scheduling, to ensure timely and efficient execution.
- Supervise project teams, ensuring collaboration across various departments and external vendors to meet project objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and resolutions.
- Manage scope changes, ensuring alignment with client requirements, project timelines, and budgets.
- Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on timelines and budgets.
- Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately and projects stay on track.
- Work closely with the Procurement team to manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of resources.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare regular reports and presentations for stakeholders.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Strong background in managing Data Center projects, including infrastructure setup (rack and stack, power/cooling, network setup).
- Familiarity with Data Center technologies such as server hardware, storage systems, network devices, and virtualization platforms.
- In-depth understanding of project phases from initiation to handover, with a focus on execution and delivery.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to coordinate teams, resolve conflicts, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in managing risks and scope changes to maintain project alignment with client needs and timelines.
- Skilled in managing project budgets, schedules, and resources.
