Job Title: Transplant Coordinator

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. As a transplant coordinator, you will play a critical role in the lives of patients and their families by identifying potential donors and coordinating transplant surgeries.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team and will have the opportunity to acquire clinical knowledge, including medical, surgical, human physiology, and organ tissue-cell specific anatomies. You will also need to understand common ailments and chronic diseases, as well as legislations that permit organ donation.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Nursing, Psychology or Life/Health Sciences, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently. They will also need to be able to multi-task and perform time-sensitive work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
