In this role at OCBC Bank, you will be working as a Bancassurance Advisor/Counsellor in the Premier Banking division, specifically within Group Consumer Financial Services.
Responsibilities:- Provide expert advisory services to clients on High Net-Worth insurance and other suitable Premier Bancassurance products.
- Collaborate with Premier Banking Relationship Managers (RMs) to deliver excellent client experiences and drive sales growth.
- Conduct educational sessions for RMs on High Net-Worth insurance products, financial planning, and legacy planning concepts.
- An accredited degree in Banking and Finance or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the Bancassurance space.
- Sound analytical skills and ability to work independently.
- Experience with High Net-Worth products like Universal Life is essential.
- Strong passion for training and coaching in financial planning and legacy planning concepts.
- Maturity, confidence, and excellent communication skills are a must for effective client interactions.
- Ability to work collaboratively across the organization and adapt to changing priorities.
This is a permanent, full-time position based in Singapore.
