Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage bancassurance business portfolios with bank partners to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue retail distribution opportunities with bank partners to expand the consumer segments business.
- Create and implement digital strategies to enhance customer experience and support business expansion.
- Evaluate and ensure all business handled adheres to the company’s underwriting guidelines and service standards.
- Maintain compliance with relevant laws, regulatory provisions, and company policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Tertiary qualification or professional insurance certifications are essential for this role.
- Certification in General Insurance (BCP/PGI) and Cert HI would be advantageous.
