Compensation and Benefits Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and meticulous individual to administer and maintain our employee compensation and benefits programmes. This includes managing payroll, bonuses, incentives, and leave entitlements. The ideal candidate will be able to analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements to our overall rewards strategy.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for liaising with insurance providers and other vendors to ensure accurate and timely delivery of benefits to our employees. They will assist in the design and implementation of new compensation and benefits initiatives that align with industry best practices.
In addition, the role requires providing guidance and support to managers and employees on all compensation and benefits-related queries and issues. The incumbent will maintain comprehensive records and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Management. While prior experience is not necessary, we are looking for someone who is meticulous and able to start as soon as possible.
