Learning and Development Programme Manager

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a seasoned Learning and Development Programme Manager who will spearhead the design, development, and delivery of comprehensive training programmes.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in instructional design, adult learning theory, and project management.
  • You will work closely with subject matter experts to create engaging learning content and experiences that meet the needs of our diverse stakeholders.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualising, developing, and implementing learning interventions that drive organisational performance improvement.
  • Your key deliverables will include designing curriculum, creating learning materials, and evaluating programme effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-4 years of relevant experience in L&D and instructional design.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of current trends in technology, such as AI, data analytics, and digital transformation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and meticulous with a passion for delivering high-quality results.
