  • Work closely with the Innovation Programmes team to strategize, develop, and implement plans to proliferate adoption of proven learning innovations.
  • Drive ecosystem development through platforms such as innovation showcases and events, connecting solutionists with enterprise users, facilitating collaboration, and innovation.
  • Develop and implement initiatives and resources to support enterprises in successfully adopting and integrating learning solutions.
  • Lead community-building and engagement efforts to attract high-quality grant applicants and foster interest in innovation programmes.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of new and existing programmes to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
", "Required Skills and Qualifications:", "
  • A master's or bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, innovation, business management, education technology, or learning sciences is preferred.
  • Minimally 5-8 years of working experience in education and adult learning and training sectors, or a related role in Business Development/Corporate Development/Strategic Planning with good experience in market research, project, and contract management.
  • Strong communication skills, including written and verbal, to engage and influence stakeholders of all levels of seniority.
  • Prior experience in the Training and Adult Education (TAE) sector is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, meeting deadlines, and delivering on KPIs.
