- Strategize, develop, and implement plans to proliferate the adoption of proven learning innovations.
- Drive ecosystem development through platforms such as the innovation microsite, showcases, and events, connecting solutionists with users and facilitating collaboration and innovation.
- Develop initiatives and resources to support enterprises in adopting and integrating learning solutions.
- Lead community-building and engagement efforts to attract high-quality applicants and foster interest in innovation programs.
- Cultivate engaging content for the microsite and other media platforms, collaborating with subject matter experts.
- Contribute to program development and enhancement to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Evaluate programs to improve intervention design and outcomes.
A master's or bachelor's degree in relevant fields is preferred, along with 5-8 years of experience in education and adult learning sectors or related roles. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
Prior experience in the TAE sector is highly valued. The appointee will be based at a campus located near a major transportation hub.
