HR & Admin Assistant/ Executive

TIAN YU CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & Admin Assistant/ Executive to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Human Resources Administration
- Manage HR-related functions, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, performance appraisal, payroll processing, and policy implementation.
- Handle employee queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Recruitment and Onboarding
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration
- Process monthly payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of employee salaries.
- Manage employee benefits, including leave records, NS, maternity, paternity, and childcare leaves.
- Office Administration
- Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other team members.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee leave records and payroll data.
- Compliance and Regulatory
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations, including the Employment Act and CPF Act.
- Education and Experience
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or a related field.
- Skills and Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
