Job Description
As a Learning Design Specialist, you will play a key role in designing and developing online and blended learning solutions that meet the needs of our faculty and students. You will work closely with instructors to convert their courses to blended learning format, ensuring that the solutions developed align with sound learning design principles and are supported by EdTech tools.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop online and blended learning solutions for undergraduate and postgraduate courses or programmes
- Conduct front-end consultation sessions with instructors to ensure that the solutions developed meet the intended learning needs and outcomes
- Review faculty proposals and existing content materials, conduct needs assessments and make informed decisions on what content to redevelop and how to translate it into learning objects
- Manage vendors to ensure rigor and standard of elearning materials

Qualifications:
- Degree in Education, Learning Design, or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in designing and developing online and blended learning solutions
- Strong knowledge and experience in applying contemporary and emerging principles of learning/instructional design
- Proficient in using e-authoring tools and graphic design tools such as Articulate 360, H5P, Canva, Photoshop etc.
