Learning Designer

**Job brief/Summary**:
We are looking for a Digital Learning Designer to be part of our team. You will be reviewing client’s existing courses and perform content analysis. You will be working collaboratively with Digital Learning Consultants, Subject Matter Experts and members of the dMEDIA team. You are required to design and develop interactive and engage e-Learning courses/courses/learning contents.
**Main activities / tasks**:
- Review Client’s existing course(s) and perform content analysis to recommend appropriate design and media strategies for blended or e-learning instructional delivery.
- Design and develop interactive and engaging e-learning courseware/courses/learning contents that incorporate learning pedagogies/andragogy’s and appropriate learning technologies.
- Conceptualize, design, and write storyboards that will be translated into interactive and engaging learning contents.
- Review and improve evaluation templates and criteria to assess the effectiveness of curriculum, course delivery, test design, and performance measures.
- Conduct Quality Check (QC) on storyboards, development and delivery of files.
- Work collaboratively with Digital Learning Consultants, Subject Matter Experts, and members of the dMedia department of the company.
- Monitor and keep organisation updated on new developments of materials, equipment and technologies related to the instructional process.
- Serve as backup for day-to-day administration of the course management system, including
- course setup, uploading content, account management and backup and recovery management.
- Perform any ad hoc assignment assigned by the supervisor.
**Job Requirements**
**Knowledge and skills**
- Proficient in Microsoft office tools such as, PowerPoint, MSWord, and Excel.
- Knowledge of good visual designs and lay outing.
- Knowledge of iSpring Suite, Articulate Storyline, and other authoring tools, highly preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills.
**Education, qualifications, and special training**
- Bachelor’s degree minimum with at least 3 years of work experience but fresh graduates and Diploma holders with at least 5 years of relevant work experience are welcome to apply.
**Experience**
- Specializes in Curriculum Design, Instructional Design, Content Development, Training/Teaching, Psychology or equivalent, preferred.
